Celebration of Worship

Family worship is every week at 10:30 a.m. and is generally blended in nature, combining the traditional and contemporary. Adults and children attend together.  

Each Sunday, the children are invited forward for a special Children’s Sermon during Worship, given by Pastor Mike Brewer.

Individual prayer concerns and joys can be shared through yellow cards in each pew rack. Ushers will collect any concerns and joys that you wish to share, as the children go to attend their Sunday School classes. We also provide a prayer chain for any specific prayer requests you may have.

Music is provided by our talented church musicians and  choir (and sometimes by members of the congregation!).

Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. All baptized believers are welcome to receive this holy sacrament, regardless of your church affiliation. 

Christian Education presents.....Jacob's Ladder.

Our new program will offer youth based worship service in place of Sunday school.  We invite pre-K through 12th grade to join us on our new venture beginning September 9 during the 10:30 worship service.  You will still begin church with your family  in the sanctuary and then leave for Jacob's Ladder following the children's sermon with Pastor Mike. If you are in Junior/Senior high, you may choose to stay in worship with your family/friends or join in with  Jacob's Ladder.  Scripture, prayer, story/message, song and crafts will all be part of the fun as we climb Jacob's Ladder.

Infant/Toddler care

During Church Service, beginning at 10:30 a.m., we can provide child care for your baby or toddler if you wish while you worship during the 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. family service. Just let one of our ushers know your wishes or needs and we'll happily ensure that your infant or toddler is well taken care of  in the nursery while you worship.  Children  are also welcome to sit with their family in church, as we have an open church policy.

Sunday Bible Study

We have two Bible study groups that meet from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m., our traditional Adult Bible Study group, and the Thoughtful Christian, discussing a variety of contemporary topics.  Come listen and participate for thoughtful learning and a chance to expand and enrich your mind and spiritual growth.

Teen Enrichment

Christian Education Committee Jr. /Sr. High Sunday School meets for Bible 101, a program designed for teens.    If you are in 7th thru 12th grade then this includes YOU! and your CE committee has some changes and events for you.  You are invited to join Pastor Mike and his class, "Bible 101", as well as meet with the teen group and teen leaders for the God Squad.  Participate in Christian education, community service, and lots of fun. Special Worship Services & events

We also offer special worship services and the opportunity for Biblical learning, study and spiritual enrichment throughout the year.  The opportunity also exists to experience or participate in high quality musical concerts.  Please contact us for more information at (513) 791-1153.  You can also check with our monthly newsletter, the Tidings, our calendar, and Facebook.
